A great insight and walkthrough of five important forces to at affect our health in multiple ways including nutrition and exercise. Although the author is vegan and I don’t necessarily follow all of the argumentation behind being one, the thorough research and studies are there to backup much of the arguments.A lot is common sense, but we still need a good reminder and a kick in the b—t every now and then to get on the right track.Handful tips at the end of each chapter gives you a good start and the reason to do so!

Mycket information, en del god annat mindre bra. T.ex. tycker författaren att vi inte ska dricka kranvatten, vilket möjligen är relevant i USA, knappast i Sverige.

Intressant med många viktiga tankeväckare, men ingenting revolutionerande "nytt". Många känner nog inte till eller förneckar det som presenteras i boken. Med utgångsläge i US är hans argumentation helt förståelig; gmo, transfetter, sucrose, antibiotika och gigantiska företag med mängder av farliga utsläpp är vardagen i US. Dessutom behandlas amerikanskt kranvatten med klorin. Men han säger emot sig själv när han tycker att man ska äta veganskt och samtidigt ta kosttillskott. Dessutom är han felinformerad om solkräm och D-vitamin. Lite give and take som vanligt med dessa böcker.
