Otroligt intressant bok! Alla borde läsa/lyssna på den. Här finns så mycket fakta som även är baserad på en vetenskaplig grund. Med tanke på de ökande kostnaderna för sjukvård pga välfärdssjukdomar såsom fetma, diabetes, hjärt och kärlsjukdomar så bör vi försöka ändra vår inställning till nutrition. Läs denna boken och kom ingång 😃Anders.D

Ok men lite väl kategoriskt att säga att ALLT kött, mejeri, ägg och kosttillskott är dåliga eller ej funkar. Dessutom berörs det väldigt lite kring hur frukt kan få blodsockret att skjuta i höjden. Högt blodsocker = högt insulin = fettinlagring. En bättre bok är Glucose Revolution, finns här på Storytel. Otroligt bra hacks där

Så så himla bra. Inga pekpinnar, ingen shaming, ingen hälsohets. Bara ren fakta baserat på forskning. Väldigt motiverande för att göra bättre val. Rekommenderar!
