Jätte bra bok, gav mig mycket bra hands on tips, alla som har en imature imotional parent borde läsa denna bok, för att sätta saker i perspektiv, ta kontroll över sitt eget liv och bearbeta trauma. Författaren sätter ord på många känslor och väcker aha upplevelse. A most read book!
