En bok med lätt övergripande information om narcissism. Vände sig mest åt personer i romantiska förhållande med narcissister. Upplevdes väldigt triggande ibland och kändes lite ”victim shaming”. Tror man ska försöka undvika denna boken ifall man misstänker eller vet om att man tex blir utsatt av en narcissistisk förälder, syskon, vän osv. Boken beskriver hur man ska känna empati och ta sitt ansvar i problematiken med en narcissist, vilket jag har svårt att acceptera om det rör sig om tex en förälder och barn relation.
