Välskriven och väl uppläst om mindfulness, meditation, CFT med mera. Det blir omläsning för att bättre befästa de kunskaper och insikter boken förmedlar. Bra att boken var så kort och koncis, vilket inte är så vanligt bland amerikanska och eller anglosaxiska självhjälpsböcker.
