3,5⭐️ I loved the characters, I related to Alice in a strong way and I loved the message of the story: that you shouldn’t give up your happiness and yourself for power and wealth, but I really hated the kidnapping thing. It’s such a big thing and I feel like that will haunt her for the rest of her life, I thought stealing a test was almost bad enough! I really loved the book until those task from the app really escalated, it was just a cozy, fun, interesting (very thought provoking on modern society and hierarchy) and relatable read until she face a full on lawsuit! I kept praying she won’t go through with the kidnapping but she did and it really changed the atmosphere of the book from cozy and fun to very serious, but I understand the point and the lesson learned.

Började lyssna för osynlighetsdelen verkar skoj men det var en Intressant bok om klasskillnader. Romansen var mest i bakgrunden vilket jag tyckte var lagom.

3.5⭐️ I went into this book with pretty high expectations and so maybe it's my own fault, but I was a little disappointed. I definitely enjoyed it and found the plot very interesting, and the writing was good. I loved Henry as a character and really enjoyed watching their relationship evolve. I was not however a very big fan of Alice. I understand where she's coming from but she definitely needs to learn some humility. Just because you don't have the same privileges as others doesn't make criminal acts OK, obviously. And the book ends with her, once again, being deceitful for her own gain.
