This is a book full of small, simple steps to take towards a life path of more healthy choices. All of them coming from a doctor’s philosophy that the root cause of issues should be acknowledged and treated rather then just dampening symptoms with medication.Highland recommend even if you only pick a few areas or you go for a full fletched plan as outlined, you can find easy steps to detox from digital tools, find good sleep patterns and and make conscious and healthy choices when it come to both exercise and nutrition.
