We live in a world of content. Competition is stiff. 8 minutes in and this book has not provided any benefit, inspiration or meaningful guidance. A tough audience I know, but I don’t need to be advised to brush my teeth or chew gum if I have bad breath. Which I do not. Next.

Nothing new really, but a good book to listen to or read if you have some struggles in your life, but as I said, nothing new for me but I’ve also gone to therapy for years now so didn’t expect anything that new, but it is really true what is being said.
