Can't listen to it. Conn has gone for Hollywood rather than History. Fencing with a Gladius as though it were a Rapier? Never happened. Roman soldiers were trained to use it only with a shield, and stabbed their enemies, since they fought shoulder to shoulder. Sad that this book just panders to Hollywood style imagery, instead of using historical accuracy. Very disappointing

Blod och slamsor och klichéer staplade på klichéer. Totalt meningslöst. Orkade inte lyssna färdigt.
